Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee
THE MAJORITY (but not all) products come with an additional 30 day no quibbles guarantee. This addition guarantee is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase and does not effect your statutory rights.
However due to the nature of some additional products offered from time to time - (which generally contain either legally binding license agreements and or privileged software and or restricted media footage.) This additional 30 day no quibbles guarantee is neither advertised nor applicable to these additional products. A statutory 7 day cooling off period then applies (see below)

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Returning items using our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee is simple. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Write your name and address clearly on a piece of paper together with a reason for returning the item.
- In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the same piece of paper.
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
- Send the package together with the piece of paper stating your name, address and reason for return to the address below:

We will notify you via first class post when we have processed your refund/return. This may take up to 5 days.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return unwanted items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
IMPORTANT:
Items returned which are NOT covered by the additional guaranty must be returned withing the statutory 7 day cooling off period and must be returned unopened. (with all seals and shrink-wraps intact)
Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item minus any postage and handling fees incurred by your decision to place the original order.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
