Are you selling the type of products that people who have money to spend, actually want to buy right now?
If you are not selling the type of products that people want to buy, or if you are not targeting people who have money to spend, the economic downturn could be a tough time for your business.
The good news is people with money are still spending money on the things they want to buy. A case in point, just one of the many websites I run has already brought in a whopping £38,948.61 since the 1st January and continues to make sales every day.
That's because a lot of those people with money to spend, look first on the internet to find the products they want to purchase.
As a product developer and Internet Marketer, your job is to find out what people want to buy, and to create (or acquire) those products and make them available online.
If you do that, you'll do well - regardless of whether the economy is good or bad.
So the question still is, 'are you selling what people want to buy?'.
If not, now is the time to change your product mix.
