Nick James selected as Judge for world famous 'Henley Business School' awards

Nick James recognises Entrepreneurs of the future at Henley Business School
(Spring 2009) Berkshire entrepreneur Nick James offered his expert advice to more than 140 business leaders of the future on Friday 13th March 2009 at the famous Henley Business School Entrepreneurship Exhibition.
During the afternoon, students on the flagship course, the Practice of Entrepreneurship, showcased their ideas in an Entrepreneurship ‘trade show', where they pitched ideas to a panel of judges. Throughout this course the students have been working in teams to develop business ideas under six key themes: health, professional services, home automation, environment, climate, food technology.
Nick James also had the honour of presenting the ‘Nick James Entrepreneurship Award Spring 2009' to the lucky winning team.
Nick James said: “I'm always impressed by the standard of presentations by our younger entrepreneurs and today has been no exception. These students prove that the UK is a hotbed of business innovation and we should be doing everything we can to encourage and support the next generation of business leaders.”
Dr Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj, Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship, which is part of the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, said:
"Whether students have a social or business idea in mind or simply want to add a new dimension to their degree by gaining practical entrepreneurial skills, the entrepreneurship programme we offer provides them with the knowledge and opportunity.”
